Privacy policy

We collect information you choose to provide when you place an order, request a floral quote, join the newsletter, send feedback, or contact the studio.

We use submitted information to review and fulfill orders, confirm delivery details, respond to requests, send messages you requested, prevent abuse, operate the studio dashboard, and understand whether the site is working correctly.

We do not sell personal information. We do not publish feedback unless the customer grants permission and the studio approves it for publication.

LinaFlower.com is hosted by Vercel. Private operational records may be stored in Vercel Blob. Resend may deliver transactional or newsletter email when configured. Stripe processes card payments when secure payment is enabled. Google Analytics only loads after analytics consent when configured. Cloudflare Turnstile may screen public forms when configured.

Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments. Payment-card details are entered directly on Stripe and are not stored by LinaFlower.com.

Order and inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active transaction, dispute, tax record, or legal obligation. Unpublished review submissions are retained for up to 24 months. Security reports and completed webhook receipts are normally retained for no more than 90 days.

Newsletter subscription records remain active until you unsubscribe. A minimal suppression record may be retained after unsubscribing so the address is not accidentally added again without fresh consent.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you by calling the studio or using the contact path on this site. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request belongs to you.

You can decline optional analytics from the site privacy notice and unsubscribe from marketing email at any time. Transactional messages about an order may still be sent when needed to complete the requested service.
