Cancellation, quality, and refund policy
How Lina Flowers handles cancellations, perishable floral products, quality concerns, and approved refunds.

Perishable floral products
Fresh flowers and custom arrangements are perishable and cannot be returned after delivery. Approved solutions for a verified quality or fulfillment issue may include replacement, partial credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Report a quality issue
Contact the studio within 24 hours of delivery and provide the order number, a description of the concern, and clear photographs when possible. This gives the studio a fair opportunity to understand the condition of the flowers and respond promptly.
Cancellations and changes
Call as soon as possible to request a cancellation or change. A full cancellation may be available before flowers are purchased, prepared, or dispatched. Custom work, event orders, completed designs, and orders already in transit may be non-cancellable or may only qualify for a partial adjustment.
Delivery problems
If Lina Flowers cannot complete a confirmed delivery because of a studio error, the studio will work with the customer on redelivery, replacement, credit, or refund. Incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, denied access, or missing delivery instructions may require a new delivery fee.
Refund timing
Approved card refunds are returned to the original payment method. Financial institutions control posting time after a refund is issued. Call (818) 855-1155 with the order number for the fastest review.
