Website and ordering terms

An online order request is not accepted until Lina Flowers confirms availability, delivery timing, recipient details, and payment. A Stripe payment confirmation records payment but the studio may still contact you if a delivery detail or floral substitution needs attention.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, recipient, delivery, and access information. Contact the studio promptly if anything changes.

Flowers and botanicals vary by season and availability. Lina Flowers may substitute a flower, vessel, or supporting material with an item of comparable style and value while preserving the arrangement's overall palette, scale, and feeling whenever reasonably possible.

Displayed product prices are in U.S. dollars. Delivery upgrades and other selected add-ons are shown before submission or payment. Any tax or location-specific adjustment required for a confirmed order must be shown before the final charge or separately approved by the customer.

Card payments, when enabled, are processed by Stripe. Lina Flowers does not store complete card numbers on this website.

You retain responsibility for messages, notes, feedback, and other content you submit. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, or confidential third-party information. Granting permission to publish feedback allows Lina Flowers to display an approved version with the attribution choices shown on the form.

We work to keep product, availability, delivery, and studio information current, but availability can change quickly for perishable goods. The site may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or provider interruptions.
